By Estrella del Mar Restaurant in Costambar Beach is one of the top choices when it comes to seafood, drinks and service. Upon checking the menu we found a good selection of seafood, a staple in Dominican Republic beach restaurants. The drinks selection has all the classic cocktails and mixers found in great bars.

The breakfast menu at Estrella del Mar offers local and North American (US) options, though we found the serving was way more than we could eat (large sausages, potatoes, eggs, bacon). The beer were cold, fresh juice properly served and the cocktails as good as we expected to have by the beach.
Miguelina did a great job as a host and staff was always on time. This restaurant is the favorite for expats that live and visit Costambar, so it is common to see foreigners enjoying drinks and the fabulous beach front vistas here.
